Bob and I were lucky enough to be invited for the third time this summer to Greenville Tech Cullinary meal. This time it was a New Orleans Buffet. I had to look up what some of the items were before I went so I could fully appreciate what I was eating. As always the presentation was impressive as was the food. Here is the menu.

this sausage was probably the most unusual thing
